These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Microsoft Dynamics generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Microsoft applications. Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services Microsoft Dynamics team, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that drive operational excellence. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for business development initiatives, securing impactful client engagements while fostering a culture of mentorship and collaboration. This role offers the chance to shape the future of managed services, leveraging advanced technology to transform client operations and enhance their business agility.

- Lead the design and execution of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

- Establish strategic direction for business development efforts

- Facilitate impactful client interactions and engagements

- Foster a culture of mentorship and teamwork within the organization

- Utilize advanced technology to enhance client operational effectiveness

- Drive initiatives that improve business agility and responsiveness

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

- Promote continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of experience

- Leading AMS transformation initiatives for proactive operations

- Leveraging analytical skills for operational assessments

- Developing Microsoft platform-enabled solutions for efficiency

- Leading AMS delivery teams with resource and budget management

- Demonstrating understanding of ERP and CRM processes

- Utilizing business transformation skills for organizational change

- Experience with AI-enabled AMS transformation initiatives

- Experience managing large-scale global AMS programs


The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
