Corporate Deals Technology Associate

The Opportunity

As a Corporate Deals Technology Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing IT costs while maximizing the value delivered by technology investments. Your work will involve analyzing IT spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize IT resources and investments.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to client engagements and projects. You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to optimize technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance
- Analyzing IT spending and identifying cost-saving opportunities to maximize the value delivered by technology investments
- Developing strategies to optimize IT resources and investments, confirming alignment with business priorities
- Validating that technology solutions are cost-effective and deliver measurable value to achieve strategic objectives efficiently
- Collaborating with clients and team members to adapt to varying challenges and scopes in a fast-paced environment
- Taking ownership of tasks and consistently delivering quality work that drives value for clients
- Building a personal brand within the Firm by leveraging opportunities for learning and growth
- Applying a learning mindset and taking ownership of personal development to sustain performance and potential
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for informed decision-making

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Performance Management and Financial Forecasting
- Utilizing skills in Cost Management and Profitability Analysis
- Engaging in collaborative planning and forecasting for client projects
- Applying Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational excellence
- Excelling in active listening and accepting feedback for continuous improvement
- Building commercial awareness through market share analysis and customer value maximization

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
