The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Provider, Business Operations - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for our clients. Within our Strategy practice, you will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance productivity and drive business performance. As an Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships, navigating complex situations, and mentoring junior team members. You will leverage your skills to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
